BBC1 on analogue (Ch. 40) dropped off of the map fairly early on Wednesday morning (30th March 2011) and has yet to re-appear. According to the diagnostic tool on the BBC website there is no problem with the Chesham transmitter - curious...

Tony Steel: I note that some of the same frequencies are in use at Sandy Heath, which has just begun switchover, but will still be used for low power services until September. Could be that something's been misconfigured or changed prematurely at that site.

I am most disappointed in that the Chesham transmitter does not broadcast ITV3. Are there any future plans to include this? Surely it would be more popular than some of the other channels which are currently broadcast such as BBC Parliament & BBC World Service.
