Are there any planned engineering works or unexpected transmitter faults on the Wenvoe (Cardiff, Wales) mast?

UK Free TV shows the coverage area for a radio transmitter as a coloured overlay (orange for FM, other colours for DAB) on the grey map. We have computed the coverage by combining the terrain with the official radiation pattern. A single click will select the transmitter to view the coverage for a single site, and a double click goes to a page showing full details. Click on the buttons in the right-hand corner of the map to choose from different frequencies (or multiplexes for DAB).

any chance that heart wales can be added to the wenvo transmitter it used to be great signal but now it got that rubbish i have to use interent radio

You will have to ask the operators of Heart of Wales that question directly. This website is independent of all broadcasters. Whether a particular service is offered on a transmitter or transmitters is up to the broadcaster.

Michael Pearce: The station listing above shows that Heart is already available from Wevoe on the South East Wales DAB mux. Where are you located (please provide a full postcode) and are you using FM or DAB?

Look at Contact Arqiva General Enquiries, Sales, Press and Media for their contact details. Aeqiva operate the Freeview transmitters.

Peter Whittaker: The only people who can do that are Sony, who have chosen to broadcast Sony Movies Action from transmitters in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland on capacity on the COM4 multiplex which is not available to them in Wales (the same capacity is used to broadcast E4 in Wales, where S4C takes the space on the PSB2 multiplex which is used by E4 elsewhere).
