Graham Burton: No.
Classic FM is carried on the Digital One multiplex, the single national commercial multiplex but it isn't available in Jersey. The only DAB multiplex that Les Platons carries is the national BBC one.

A Le Blac:
I am currently researching whether there are any developments for DAB to cover Alderney or Guernsey. As you probably know, the BBC have arranged BBC National DAB on 12B for Guernsey from the Les Touillets transmitter, although I think Briantist has still to add it to this ukfree.tv website. There were plans, ten years ago for the CI to have local DAB, but there needs to be sufficient commercial interest in running local DAB multiplexes, which I suspect there isn't at the moment! The BBC will continue local services on analogue FM, I gather. If I learn anything more, I'll make another posting on here!
