The BBC and Digital UK report there are no faults or engineering work on the Darwen (Blackburn with Darwen, England) transmitter.UK Free TV shows the coverage area for a radio transmitter as a coloured overlay (orange for FM, other colours for DAB) on the grey map. a quick survey shows I am not the only person seeing recent DAB radio problems in East Lancashire. BBC channels are find but dropouts of Talksport and others are now common as we drive through Darwen and Blackburn.
There have always been a few not spots but now I find I cannot have Talksport on the car at all. Has there been any recent change at the relevant transmitters?

In the same and many others around jack walker way in Blackburn seems like there is someone with an illegal transmitter around area like a CB radio or taxi firm transmitting a off station illegal wave length definitely needs investigating

DAB intermittently cuts out in the Blackburn area for no reason. A lot of people in the local area are confirming this drop in service over the last 3 weeks or so.

Terrible reception across most channels including bbc around junction 4 m65. No problems in Preston. Problem started around three ago.
