Patricia: There was a major power failure in the area. Arqiva engineers have restored supply to some services, followed by the mains being restored by the electricity company. There remains a fault with PSB1 which we are working to resolve.

I am thinking of moving to Buxton and would like to know how good (or bad) FM reception is for radio 3.

Simon Milne:
As you haven't given a full postcode for the locale to which you are hoping to be moving to, I've picked a random one in the middle of Buxton SK17 6QN. You should have good reception as there is a relay transmitter in Buxton which also has BBC Radio Derby. Additionally, you have a choice of two other main transmitters which should also give good reception. Holme Moss to the north, and Sutton Coldfield to the south.
