hello can you help i have tried the digital helpline to no avail me and my neighbours with TV oriels not dishs have problems with TV reception .we live in broadstairs ct10 3js some days we only receive ITV channels 3 4 5 .the digital helpline recommend a free sat dish my Ariel is quite new 2years if that. it is now hit and miss what to watch any time of the day .so can you help with our problem here at whiteness green broadstairs thanks

Hello still having problems with freeview last night unable to receive 20/21 /38/36 and many others while we watch BBC around 9pm the signal goes my post code is ct103js I reset my TV at least once a week because of problems

hi there I live in thanet area and my TV reception as been bad for the past 3 weeks I have a new aerial newish TV with built in digital one time I have a signal for Dover then later east Anglia what's going on .the big switch over is June 2012 .no one seems to be bothered ,they answer with high low pressure retune why .when I come home from a busy day I like to sit down and relax in front of TV not to be retuning to no avail
