Below is a list of all the television and radio channels that you can watch in the UK using one of the free services: DAB (for radio), Freeview, Sky No Card - Sky without a viewing card (Freesat from Sky (or fSfS)) and Freesat.. Firstly, you should be able to receive it in Worlingworth, secondly AFAIK there's no way to watch on-line although previews and similar are available via their website.

Pop is currently carried on the COM6 , and two of the three transmitters it should be possible to receive in your locale transmit COM6. The is the one that doesn't, being a "Light" transmitter carrying only the 3 PSB multiplexes and it is to the ESE (bearing 112 degrees) of you.

Which way is your pointing?

To get COM6, the best signals should come from to the NNW (bearing 341 degrees) of you.
Make sure you are tuned to the correct UHF for Tacolneston -
, , , , , , , in the order PSBs1-3, COMs4-7, Local.
Which means COM6/ArqB is on C39.

An alternative transmitter would be to the SW (bearing 225 degrees) of you.
UHF channels are , , , , , in the order PSBs1-3, COMs4-6

Note, satisfactory of all multiplexes will depend upon your aerial installation.
To complicate matters, at present both those transmitters could be affected by Planned which may give reception problems. If you are correctly tuned and have pixellated pictures, that could be the reason. Do not retune if you have pixellated pictures as it may just clear the correct tuning.
