i orded mens cable knit cardigan £15-99 Dec 1st 2010. reference 000073082922 not received. niether have i received. 3 claim forms that they have supposedly sent me. what with numerous phone call costs plus postage this is a big big slice out of my pension. this order was a Xmas gift .so i had to go out and pay again. what happened to the promise to get it to your door in 7 days. dont they know where i live after they have robbed my Bank account????????????????

as like patricia i to are waiting for a item that was purchased on the 19-12-2010.i have also been told letters had been sent but i have not receied one of them, when i phoned yesterday i was told another letter had been sent and it should arrive within 7 to 10 days i would like to know what postal service they are using for a letter to take so long.i will not be buyimg from this company again they are c~~p.

very disappointed with last two 12 cd box sets love songs and 30 yrs of pop. They are not the original recordings and not a patch on the brillianr lemon popsicles and strawberry milkshakes. Will cost me more to send them back and wont donate them to local hospice as they are so bad. Poor sound quality and some of the artists sound much older and voices change with age. Feel badly let down as your products are usually of good quality.

Most items are obviously bulk items that shops cannot sell , most items can be purchased at the cheapest price on the net but the thing that bugs me the most is the cost of the phone call and then the really excessive postage price , me thinks this is the main profit making part !

Come back Anne Barr, you really made my day reading your irrelevant and odd ball rantings.
I came on this site looking for info on this awful rip off channel Bid Tv, it seems to be addictive to people who have nothing better to do than shop from their armchairs and waste their money on total tat. Plus the £1.53 phone call and rip off postage charges, it seems to be made for mugs!
I have a relative who seems to be so addicited and short of having her "sectioned" under the mental health act for her own good, I was looking for a way of removing these rip off shopping channels from her freeview reception. Has anyone any ideas how they can be deleted from an EPG for ever short of blowin up the transmitter which is probably illegal anyway ;)? As you can see i'm quite angry about this channel.
As far as I'm concerned they are pure evil, simple as that and a sad reflection on our lazy consumerist society.

I am not surprised at the number of unhappy people complaining about rubbish channels like this one.Nobody forces people to watch dross channels,or bid,and i have no sympathy for those complaining.There is such a thing as a remote for changing channels,or even an off switch.
Stop watching,and better still,stop buying from them.

I purchased a sound surround which failed to work after 6 months and produced a burning smell. I had it taken back via Bid TV, who kindly arranged for a courier. I was told it would take 9 days for my reimbursement, however, I've not received a payment which was due end of February 2011. I cannot find the ref no from the courier but I have received a call from Bid TV confirming receipt of the item. I have phoned them but they said I'd receive the money in due course... I still haven't received it. I cannot find a postal address to write my concerns and emails have been ignored

i've never had any off the problem's u all seem to have,
every time i order on the phone or on the net i alway's get my order,
i've never got a call back when i use my code for no call back an i've never had a call if i order from the net unles there's not been enough money in my account they phone me an say,so i let them no when money is in my account,
so sorry for all of u who have had problem's ,,,
