Can I take my TV to Australia?

Australia uses the PAL-B/G and FMFM audio standard, whereas the UK uses PAL-I with NICAM sound. This means you will get pictures without sound.

Hi.
Can I get myself a cheapie freeview pvr box, fill it up with recorded bbc/itv program's and then take it abroad and watch the recorded program's while I am away?
