tony: You're having a laugh!
It doesn't carry FM and is only a low power TV relay. I should expect that if you're going to receive DAB, then it will be from elsewhere, in much the same way as BBC national FM comes from elsewhere.

Here's one for the confusion stakes: according to Digital UK's final Installer Newsletter, on 4 April, ITV1 will move to BBC Two's frequency, and BBC One will move to ITV1's.
This is because BBC A will use the channel below BBC One analogue, and therefore BBC One has to move out of the way. With ITV1 already being displaced at Crystal Palace (because BBC Two uses C33, being released), doing this double-bounce means that only the ITV1 transmitter's input needs retuning, rather than having to retune the ITV1 transmitter to C33 and the BBC Two transmitter to C26.
Having a digital channel one below an analogue one requires the analogue channel to be more tightly filtered, and presumably adapting the BBC One transmitter isn't worth doing for just two weeks!

When I first heard thst the Wooburn relay would only provide a minimal number of Freeview channels, I decided to get Freesat.
Now we are only days away from DSO, and there is still no hint of anything more than the basic PSB channels, I'm wondering if there is ANY hope of ever getting more channels than we will have on April 18th ?
I suspect there are going to be a lot of disappointed viewers of relay transmitters when they realise in a few days time that they are not getting all the channels that Crystal Palace viewers receive. Will they ever ?

Andy: I to think that the "Freeview Lite" transmitters will be one of the biggest let-downs for a silent minority.
The new Freeview advert does not make clear that not all services are available in all areas.
Due to the way in which things are done these days, private commercial interests are allowed when decisions as far as coverage are being made. For an explanation of why the Commercial multiplexes won't broadcast from 1000 or so relays like Wooburn, see here:

In some cases, reception may be possible from another transmitter that does carry these services, but this will of course, require a new aerial. Indeed, in some cases (with some transmitters), because of frequency planning, new aerials will be necessary to receive the Commercial multiplexes (but not the PSBs).

Dave: Thanks for your reply, and the link. Very informative.
I do think it's a pity that the third MUX (the ITV one) could not be better populated. It seems such a waste to give "relay viewers" those +1 channels, when they could have been given, say, ITV3 and ITV4. I have no problem with +1 channels when the platform has sufficient spare capacity, but that situation doesn't exist on Freeview.
Makes me glad that I went Freesat, and didn't wait for Freeview Lite !

My Sharp Aquos 46" tv has Qvc and Bid tv missing from the channel line up it was fine until two days ago could i do a manual add?

Andy: The broadcasters that rely on revenue from advertising are likely to base their decisions on what they consider to be maximising those revenue streams.
Evidently, one assumes, showing ITV1 an hour later (in Freeview Lite areas) is seen a better earner than ITV3.

J Baxter: Please provide your location (preferrably in the form of post code) and we should be able to assist with the channel you need to manually tune to. Also, the direction your aerial may be useful, particularly if there are a number of possibilities.

So we have just 4 of the 6 multiplex.what a con..if the tv companies said BEFORE we all bought the boxes instalation etc, then i would have kept sky!if we all complain to offcom..or if its a matter of cost,then why not ask all the residence the LIGHT repeater supplies,depending on cost, to pay a one off fee to install the required equipment?
