Have purchased freesat box, but would like free channels which are not on there. I.e fiver, sky three. Instructions with box says to manually tune these in i need frequency, symbol rate and LNB polarisation. I have no idea what these are or where to find them. Please can you help?

Amy: Sorry, Sky3, Fiver, and Five USA are not free-to-air, you need a Sky box and a Sky card to watch these three channels.
