Well something has changed and as such I cant reliably watch or record anything on this mux until this issue is resolved.

DarrenG: The *ONLY* change, which was on 29/5/13 was the move of PSB2 to C49 to C61.
I use Media Center, and I find the best way to fix these problems is to use the "first time install" for Media Center.
MEDIA CENTER->Tasks->Settings->General->Windows Media Center Setup->Run Setup Again

DONE IT! ;-0
I reimaged to a PC build with NO MCE SETUP at all (just Win7 + drivers). This is why it is bugging me.
PC not changed + PSB1 moved = PSB2 not working.
I am quite techy, so know PCs and can understand the transmission protocols etc.. Hell, I could even tell you all about MPEG2 and H.264/MPEG4.
Aaaaaahhhhh!

Hi All,
We are in the Vale of Belvoir - Waltham is almost line of sight!
I have been having problems with Media Centre and C54 (738.8MHz). Ch4; Ch4+1 and More4 seem to show OK - the rest, ITV; Ch5; ITV2; E4; ITV1+1 are a blank screen.
The matter may be intermittent - it came to a head when I left it to record Miss Marple last Sunday. Out of a 2 hour slot WMC actually recorded about 45 minutes.
Since then I can't catch the blanks on!
All channels on that mux appear to be tuning to 737.833 with 100% quality. The Waltham page says 738.8.
One last point - I updated to the latest WinTV from Hauppauge which shows all muxes OK. I come back to that 'loading data for your location'..
Sorry this is long.. :-)

It chopped the rest of my message!
In WMC, all channels on that mux report 100% quality at 737.833. Waltham page says 738.8MHz. I loaded WinTV from Hauppage that shows all channels perfectly. 'Loading data for your location'?

I've just been on to the Waltham page (yet again) and PSB2 (ITV etc) is now shown as 737.8MHz!
I copied the data on 13 June and it was 738.8! Still doesn't sort the problem - perhaps retune Media Centre again :-(
