I have often used this page for manual retunes and tweaks for the
Waltham transmitter. Many thanks for providing the information as it has been a great help.
Today I came to do the same but I have noticed that the mix channel numbers do not match those on my devices.
In particular: M32, M34, M5 & M55. My devices detect no signal on these mux's but do detect a signals
(and channel data) on the originals.
Please check and confirm that the published info' is not in error.
Thanks again.

For accurate and up-to-date information go to the Digital UK Coverage Checker at Digital UK - Coverage checker put in your full post code, select detailed View and press Go. Scroll down and you will see listings of the available transmitters at your location together with the current channels being used. It will also show the planned future channel usage.
That's a service that we contributors often use.

Thanks, Mike. I checked as you suggested and confirmed that the mux numbers given above, on the date of the date of these messages is, in fact, incorrect. I will use your recommended source in future.
Cheers.

David walton: Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Please provide a full postcode so that we can see where you are in relation to the transmitter and your predicted coverage etc. Do not attempt to retune when you have no signal as this will make the problem much harder to solve.

The current high pressure over the UK is causing the signal problems you and others report. Be patient until the weather changes and all will return to normal.

I have cleared the stored channels & re tuned, but I can only get 44 programmes. My aerial is in the loft and it worked well until about 2 days ago.

I live in Hinckley LE10 1AJ. Which is on the western edge of Leicestershire & NE Warwickshire. The tv we get is from the West Midlands transmitter. Is there a way that I can receive East Midlands news etc as that is of more interest to us?
