On the Rothesay town relay transmitter and have had no freeview service now for 2 days, when will this be resolved? Pa20 9pe, there have been no changes to the inside loft ariel since the introduction of Freeview and I have check all cables and they appear sound, so left to assume the engineering works have affected the signal power.

Aerial is attached to chimney.
For the past 15 months we have had no issues but last night the signal started breaking up and we lost all channels. We have reset both the freeview box and the smart TV but an update with either unit is not finding any channels.

Sandra Macgregor:
Who did you contact? Was it the Freeview Advice line on 0808-100-0288?
Did they not know that there is planned engineering this week at the Rothesay Relay with Possible service interruptions?
There's also the Transmitter engineering post just before yours, after gary bull's.
Your aerial is probably fine!

Heather Grierson: No one can offer much help if you don't tell us where you are (please provide a full postcode) and which transmitter you are receiving. Without that information, all I can suggest is to check for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV and do not retune.
