Wait, hang on a moment, where it says about the following digital services will be available, one of them says "BBC One HD Scotland". I thought that there was no regional or country variations just a national BBC One HD for now. Does this mean that the BBC are now starting to get the regional/country variations sorted? Also, instead of ITV1 HD, shouldn't it say STV HD instead?

Any reason why we are not getting any more channels. We only seem to be getting the basic range of BBC 1&2, and the chanels 3, 4 and 5 and their counterparts. What has happened to all the others, I see we are getting "gay Rabbit", but not Dave or any of the other entertainment channels. This makes no sense what so ever!

I also noticed this week that the signal strength for my analogue was increased dramatically when the first part of the digital was put on, have you always had the technology to do this and just didn't bother, leaving us with a poor reception for years when we could have been watching a half decent picture!

tiny yedi: This transmitter is a public service transmitter, the commercial multiplex operators did not regard this transmitter as profitable to broadcast from.

Gay Rabbit is provided by Teletext Ltd who are a public service broadcaster and have an allocation on the D3+4 multiplex.

We want to receive the stations like QVC, TCN and film four on our free view box. We have retuned our box but the stations are not working, the box says no signal. We have a list of stations that free view will give us and we have bought an expensive box so that we can receive them. what should we do, complain to the supplier of the box as it is clearly not working as it should. We are in post code area G82 3ER

Barrie P Spink: I would think your aerial is pointing at the Millburn Muir transmitter. If you want all of the channels, you need to have your aerial pointing at either the Rosneath or Darvel transmitters, which broadcast the channels you wish to watch.

Postcode : G839DJ. The three video recorders i have at home, which were working after the digital switchover took place, have now stopped working(they do not recieve programme signal) The videos will play back pre recorded and original films. I have connected the video via a scart lead to the telly and no longer use the aerial connections on the VCR because the tv has the digital tuner. I have turned off the rf modulator in the video as per the instructions when connecting via scart lead. I have tried re tuning video but am unable to pick up any channels. I have indoor aerials and get freeview via these with no issues on the tv's. I have two digital tv's, one with an hd tuner and one with a freeview tuner. My third tv is an old analogue tv with a set top box with twin scart connections.I use the appropriate source button on the tv to select the video channel. None of these videos work now and I would appreciate any help or advice you can give.

Alan Campbell: As the VCR has no digital tuner, they are no longer any use for recording. If you want to record Freeview, you need a Freeview+ box.
