This website is not operated by Transmitter Engineering. That function is performed by Arqiva so you should contact them directly at enquiries@arqiva.com and state which transmitter you are enquiring about.

Hi
I own a holiday lodge on Plas Coch Holiday Park, LL61 6EJ, which is served by the Llanddona transmitter and retuned my equipment on 17/11/2018, everything set up okay but lost some channels. I arrived last night to find no signal at all so tried retuning everything again but with no success. This morning I contacted the Plas Coch maintenance team and find the whole Park is affected. Furthermore it seems the whole area is similarly affected so it is not a fault with the Park's equipment or infrastructure. Can anyone explain what is going on and when it will be resolved.

Could you please tell me when COM 7 AND COM 8 will be available from the LLANDDONA transmitter?
I am particularly interested in receiving BBC4 HD. Occasionally I can receive it from the 'Moel y Parc' transmitter but it is 'very touch and go' and can not be depended upon in my region
