A T Howard: This is incorrect. R&T Investigation, which reports issues with BBC transmitters, says Keswick from 08:29 this morning.

The ukfree.tv website gets updated at intervals because it must query R&T Investigation every so often - i.e. R&T Investigation does not supply the information, ukfree.tv has to query for it.

l speake: Keswick and Threlkeld are relays fed via Bassenthwaite. Bassenthwaite has no mains electricity, and it is not possible to access the site with a generator due to flooding.

The service will be restored as soon as its possible to restore the electricity supply

Neil patterson: An engineering notice has appeared since you posted, stating that the transmitter went off air at 09:55 this morning (it doesn't give a reason). Do not attempt to retune.
