The use of Channel 20,although temporary,'sends alarm bells ringing through my head'.Are you sure all TV's and Digi boxes tune from this frequency?
Is it not possible to use an readily useable clear frequency between channels 21-68?The engineers are having a laugh.I know maybe it's a printing error,lol.

aerilman: It's from the Ofcom document, but I'm sure they mean C30, given that it is used for ITV1 on analogue.

There is and always has been Channel 20 usage - It was decided moons ago through the aerial groups that 21 would be the base frequency and to allow a gap between the top of band 2 and lower band 4. Of course band 3 was in use for years so a gap was created almost by default. CATV systems still make use of channels below the base frequency.
For example of test frequencies that were used - There may be changes to these taken from Caldbeck field strength tests circa 89...

ok.Look at note c,page2,Central document Lark Stoke,and Briantist,you still haven't altered Arfon service area,still showing only 4 watts,as opposed to 2kw.
But hey,you have a great site!I'm sure you would agree it is important to have published information,accurate.

aerialman: Lark Stoke - I contacted Ofcom and (c) should read "BBCB", it says this on the Freeview on Lark Stoke TV transmitter | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice page.
Arfon matches the Ofcom document at 2kW. The maps have not yet been regenerated as that takes several days and the code still needs fixing.
