The symbol shows the location of the Clermont Carn (Republic of Ireland) transmitter. The bright green areas shown where the signal from this transmitter is strong, dark green areas are poorer signals. Those parts shown in yellow may have interference on the same frequency from other masts.
This transmitter has no current reported problems
The BBC and Digital UK report there are no faults or engineering work on the Clermont Carn transmitter._______

I had it on DVB-T2 and still could not find a signal.

In case this is helpful to someone else trying to get the NIMM. My earlier post details signal levels but 35% on C39 and 80% all others.
I use a variable signal booster to feed a loftbox and 4 other rooms. If I adjust the booster down to a point where signal level is 60% on main channels ( and all work well ), the RTE mux disappears.

JK: The main Freeview channels come from Divis whereas the NIMM is from the adjacent Black Mountain. At your location they are only 2 degrees apart which is probably nothing as far as sensitivity of the aerial is concerned.
However, it is always possible that there is something that is reducing the level of the signal from Black Hill. For example, a building or tree.
With this in mind, try moving your aerial around the loft and see if reception of the NIMM improves. I suggest that you connect your TV directly to the aerial (perhaps via the variable booster but not via the Loftbox). This will rule out the possibility of the Loftbox causing the issue.

I'm in Lisburn BT28, and receiving Clermont Carn on ch52 (RTE1/RTE2HD/3e/etc) via an amplified indoor aerial (similar to http://www.amazon.co.uk/d…E0), set horizontal and pointed towards Divis! Picking up all muxes via both Divis and Clermont Carn no issues.
Was waiting for the digital switch over to get an aerial installed, but going to just go with the indoor one I've managed to hide away.
I suspect that aerial men may well see a lower volume of work long term with the performance I'm seeing off an indoor aerial!

Petelad thanks for that info. I immediately went to find an old indoor aerial ( no amp ) and plugged it in to my TV. Got all the rte channels inc TV3 from CCarn on C52.
Although this does raise another question. This LG TV doesn't pick up the HD channels or the NIMM from Divis so I assume its not Mpeg4 compatible. Not sure whats going on!
Still, I can't complain.

Jk my LG is the same, rte channels from Ccarn, no UK HD from divis.
I understand its because UK freeview HD uses DVD-T2 with mpeg4. Saorview is DVB-T with mpeg4. So our LG tvs support mpeg4 and DVB-t but not the newer dvb-t2

Petelad. That explains a lot, including how my Humax freeview box tuned in TV3 etc earlier.
