Hi Our whole village cannot get any commercial channels ie. itv s4c channel 5 etc etc only can get BBC network. we had a thunder storm on Sunday May 27th and we have all retuned our freeview but we can all only get BBC network after reset retuning ......not any other channels. My neighbour and I have rung several companies and to no avail. Please help us ASAP. We think a mast has been struck by lightning and needs urgent engineering works. No one wants to know or help us . My address is 16 swallows Meadow, Castle Caereinion, SY21 9DZ.

Louise Williams: Retuning was a bad idea as you've now deleted the missing channels which were correctly tuned in the first place. Have you tried contacting ITV viewer services (see link below)?
