Rai:
Hi Rai. Well your signal quality under "normal" circumstances should be 100%. If not, it indicates something isn't ideal.
Leaving that aside for a moment, you mention an LTE filter. Is that an 800MHz filter or a 700MHz one from Restore TV?
If not the latter, see https://restoretv.uk/post…ure/ and put your postcode in there, you should have had a postcard. THe 700MHz filter would replace the 800MHz one as it will block that as well (anything about C48. The filter is Free, contact Restore TV.
You are surrounded by quite a few mobile masts.
(Note: a filter should go before any preamp/splitter if there's one in use to feed more than one TV/Box).

Chris.SE: I have the Restore Filter installed. They did say they can get a person out free of charge as they would have better testing equipment and experience.

Rai:
Did you find the filter made any changes to any of the signal strength or quality figures at all?

Ross:
We don't know Ross. Arqiva never provide the details of the work being carried out or how long it may last as some it it will/can be weather dependant. There has been similar extended works on many transmitters (mostly main transmitters) and from what we have gleaned in some cases is that it's likely to be work on the structure of the mast and it's stays etc. to ensure it's not corroding and likely to come down in severe weather.
This sort of work involves working close to the antennae and so involves reduced power or short breaks in transmission for safety reasons.
Bearing in mind your previous posts, I would contact RestoreTV again and tell them you are still having problems despite the filter and hopefully they'll send an engineer free of charge to sort it out.
