alexei romanov: Considering the fact of you having previously said that most other residents in your immediate area are using either Satellite or cable for reception, I would say that Freesat is possibly your best option, as satellite offers virtually trouble free reception for around 99% of the time, the only time not usually being during heavy thundery type downpours, or alternatively during winter months if snow builds up on the dish, sweeping same off with a brush completely rectifying the problem.

Once again it appears that you have local interference that is causing all your problems. You will need to investigate that as it is impossible to do it remotely via any website.
Look for equipment that comes on or goes off about about the times your signal problems start and/or finish.

Just asked wife, it's actually changed since Saturday am. We get service (usually) from Blackhill. Any info of number where I can report this would be appreciated.

Currently my tv picture is breaking up I am served by Millburn Muir which is a relay of Black Hill main Transmitter, Black Hill is currently showing a weak signal, could this have a knock on effect on Millburn Muir? If so does anyone knw about this and when it will be sorted.

The work at Black Hill is a series of activities aimed at bring better coverage with the possibility of more channels in the future. It is NOT one long period of work but small steps on an approximately weekly intervals, most of the tasks being completed within one day for each engineering activity.
The same is already being done on some other 'main' transmitters and is in prepartion for future changes and enhancements.
Patience is a virtue in these times.
