Hi we are inbridlington. postcode yo152lx since Saturday we have been getting extremely fragmented reception, even on bbc channels. This is on freeview. can anyone assist please? We have changed nothing in the house, so white goods interference would seem unlikely.
thanks in advance

Pauline: Freeplay is internet based (like Youview and Freetime), and thus has nothing to do with the transmitter.

Postcode pe21 7te. aeriel is located in the loft.
over the last 5 days we have had trouble with two Freeview tvs. when switched on at different times of the day, we get the messgae to check the aeriel cable as no signal is being received. we have ended up retuning both tvs, then we only receive some of the channels, and when retuned at a later part of the day all channels are received.
can you please let us know if this is due to maintenance or a strength of signal problem.

There are reports from much of southern England of such reception problems and it likely to be due to the weather conditions. There is nothing anyone can do to change the situation, a change in weather will do that anyway. Do NOT retune your TV set under these circumstances.
