Please keep the BBC TV.
I am in my 70's and would be happy to pay for a licence if it meant keeping BBC.
I think I would even consider giving up watching TV if it was only available with advertising.

After a recent atomatic update of our Humax HDR-1800T our reception of BBC TV via Freeview has been changed from BBC West via Mendip to BBC Midlands. We get a message that BBC West is not available via our Humax HDR-1800T.
But the reception of BBC TV directly into our TV with the Humax HDR-1800T turned off is still BBC West via Mendip Transmitter.
Also we have another TV that is viewed via our Humax PVR 9300T. We still get BBC West via Freeview with this TV.
Can anybody advise why this could happen and what can we do to receive BBC West via Mendip via our Humax HDR-1800T Please?

We are at GL10 3BJ but receive our Freeview signal direct to the Mendip Transmitter. Out TV aerial is pointing to the Mendip Transmitter. Should our reception change in March 2018 please?

How can I receive BBC 1 from the West please. Until today we could get BBC1 West, but now we can only get BBC1 West Midlands. Our post code is gl10 3bj.

Our Tv reception from Mendip Transmitter has been excellently reconnected by James Kettle of the Freeview Home Support Team. He removed a combiner and an old aerial that was pointing to the Ridgehill transmitter and fitted two filters to our aerial that is pointing to the Mendip Transmitter to ensure the new G4/G5 mobile signal would not conflict with our reception. The Freeview advice line is 08081000288, Opening hours 9am-6pm Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm Sat and closed on Sunday. He advised the Manual settings for Mendip are now 30,32,33,34,36 and 48. (my Post code is GL10 3BJ)

Our post code is GL10 3BJ - Eastington and we receive Freeview from Mendip.
Why does the map show that we can't get Freeview TV from Mendip please?
