My query relates to coverage/ power of the bbc black hill tv transmitter. I cannot get a signal on any bbc station using an internal powered aerial although I have no difficulty picking up stv, the local itv station. The itv transmitter is located at the same location. I would like to know who to direct my complaint to as it is not obvious from checking bbc websites.
