ITV HD from Mendip, and in fact from all West and West Country transmitters, is ITV Central West HD not Meridian South HD as stated in these Pages.

An update for the website transmitter pages:
ITV HD (Cymru Wales) replaced ITV HD (Central West) on all transmitters in Wales on 25 August 2015.

ITV HD from all West and West Country transmitters is currently ITV Central West on Freeview channel 103

The information above for Ridge Hill isn't correct.
In Herefordshire we receive our regional news from Birmingham (just as we do from the BBC) via Ridge Hill. There's also the ITV West news available from Ridge Hill on a different frequency for its Gloucestershire viewers.
