The freest tune should result in the set of freesat channels only with the epg. The manual tune finds all available channels, including duplicates, making more difficult to find the channels we want. Also there is no red button channel, we freest tune finds no channels at all, but the manual tune finds about 200, Any idea what is wrong?

Hi,
I use Freesat and recently have been unable to do a Freesat tune, but can do a manual tune. I have also lost Iplayer (via a Humax Hd receiver) Is the problem with the box or the LNB (which is ex Sky)? Rebooting and retuning produces the same result.
