Ihave a bush dfta11 freeview box that worked perfecly ok up and until the digital switchover and all we get now is a handful of channels, there are no bbcs, itvs, c4, 5, yesterday etc etc, is there a procedure to retune the box? have tried many times to do standard installation but to no effect

We are in the Sandy Heath transmitter area and use a HUMAX 9150T FREEVIEW box,after installing the channels using the multiplex codes given to me by the customer services at Humax a we were told we missed the July software update and we have a further software update due from Wednesday to Friday this week, do we have the tv on to receive it, or just ensure the box is on and it installs automatically.

I have a problem with a matsui box ref DTR3 we were given and on first time of tuning and all fine on a hitachi flat screen, and now box wont even power up,someone told me that some transmitters will knock out older freeview boxes, is that correct??

We were using a bush DFTA 11 FREEVIEW BOX PRIOR TO SWITCHOVER TRIED TODAY IN OTHER ROOM WHERE CABLES THAT WORKED BEFORE NOW BOX DOES NOTHING IS THERE SOME SORT OF CODE I NEED TO PUT IN
