My signal is from the Black Hill Central Scotland transmitter and is great on all channels except channel 42 which cuts out every thirty seconds or so. Are there problems that are not being shown on the website?

I have a Digihome Top Up TV PVR and when I record films that are transmitted in two parts, because a news programme is shown in the middle, I always miss part of the film and, almost always, get most or all of the news programme. Is there a way to sort this problem?
