Got a new screen message today advising I will lose channels on May 5th and to retune (again!!!). I've seen firmware over the airwaves updates listed for around this time, but these don't relate to my TV model. Any ideas on what will be lost or changing?

Thanks jb38, I should've said I'm receiving from Hannington not Rowridge (terrain issues). If the message comes up again I'll repost

Quest+1 has been displaying no programme info for the past few days. All other channels seem ok. The channel is still listed as Freeview ch76 on the Quest website. Have I missed retune notice? My postcode is SO32 2RR.

Until yesterday I've been able to receive Great Movies Classic on ch52, although recently it has been dropping out or pixelated. Yesterday half way through a film it dropped out completely which caused my wife great annoyance. I've checked the signal strength on my TV which is 0. Checking your website it appears that only That's TV is operating on the local mux (602Mhz) from Rowridge but the Freeview site states it should be available at my postcode! If my patchy reception wasn't from Rowridge where did it come from? Most importantly can I retune to find this channel again or is it gone for good?

I have lost all stations on CH25 (506MHz). My signal strength is approx 7 and signal quality is 0. I thought initially that it might be weather related but checking the other 50,000W MUXs all have adequate signal strength and quality for a picture . My postcode is SO32 2RR and I have a loft aerial with vertical polarisation. I have tried a manual retune with no effect so would appreciate any assistance you can give on this,

I live in SO30 4AY and receive signal from Hannington. I know this is a fringe area but Rowridge is not in line of sight due to a hill. About 2 weeks ago channels in the group BBC1, 2, 3 etc started pixelating and have now completely gone off. Before this time we had a good signal on these channels on our three tvs with assorted integrated tuners, set top boxes and a PVR. Have retuned primary set today and now cannot access these channels at all. Other channel groups are performing as before with "expected" breakup and pixelation due to a large local tree. Any ideas gratefully received.
