Jb30 thanks for the info, we had problems on a few channels last Wednesday when we came from home.
It seems intermittent loss, I was thinking it was high pressure weather fronts ?

After loss of certain channels at different times at my holiday caravan (my wifes favorite channels)
I called out the experts , the showed me how there had been water ingress at the mast head amplifierand cable plus corrosion.
The quickly renewed cable and fitted a new aerial.
Problem solved + no loss of channels and better quality pictures.
Well worth the £120 .
