B91 3JU. Have got all channels but Red button not working have followed re tune advise any ideas?

BBC 1 keeps freezing intermitently. Have only noticed in last 3 weeks.

I live in Solihull area and have had picture breakup only on BBC 1 and 2 for last 3 weeks.

Ariel is on roof. Can get all channels but all ITV Channel 4 and 5 keep breaking up. Will this resolve itself on 21 September?
