My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

I have a Goodmans Tv with built in
freeview
. Until last week no problems but now all ITV,
Channel 4
and 5 are pixilating even though
signal
strength is good. is there a problem in the Yorkshire area.
