still cannot recieve itv1, ch4, ch5, or anything other than dave, the news channels, or cbeebies my channel list goes: bbc1, bbc2, bbc3! no sign anywhere of the other channels, and my hd channels, im in bd12 factory resetted several times, and still get limeted channels, any help would be appreciated

i had all channels last night(albeit 90% of them had no signal)
ive done the full factory reset this morning, and ive lost half my channels, i have no itv1,ch4,ch5, none of my hd channels, ive tried it about 10 times and still only get about 53 channels, will i get the full set of channels on the 21st? or is there anything i can do now to get them back?
