Come on folks only reason this has come out. The young update their phones every year The sale of normal HD is sliding so lets hit them with something new. 3d is not as good as they said so curved screen larger numbers for their screen must have. Nothing wrong with their old one but got to have. Next year something newer and the game go's on

Why worry about DAB when you have hi speed internet? What I have listened to on it over last 4 to 5 years has been disappointing. FM radio use to be as good if not better in some places till they started fiddling with it. Mind when they try to push something new to help make it look or sound better they reduce power or care on the old ones. I remember sky running a campaign years to go showing old TV where you could hardly see the picture for interference. Then show you a sky and it was perfectly clear.

Mike B sorry for the poor "RURALS" But Armthorpe South Yorkshire is quite rural and I manage to get 76mb download for £10 a month. So no I will not be switching to DAB any day soon.

MikeB: As everyone who comments on agrees what ever rocks your boat. In an ideal world everyone in the UK would have hi speed broadband and brilliant DAB. But the suppliers never give us what we want. It is usually who offers the most in the right pockets get all the best contracts. Never mind the little users. Companies like BT had the monopoly to long still begrudges giving the best assistants to companies who lease likes etc off them

The people on here who comment about DAB etc are only interested in what they can get. Unless they work for Currys BT etc. So if they are happy with what they have they do not care about others. Like today when Government is on about 1gb d/load by 2030.
10 percent will have died by then. Technology will probably moved on to something better than DAB and how many lines will be in our TV,s by then? 20000 or more. No if we are happy we don,t care about pipe dreams.

Well not really bothered if they get independence or not. Another £10 on the fee would not be the end of the world. Freeview might even get better with less Scottish voices LOL

Watching any of the shopping channels would be a waste of time unless they sell plenty of NBC suits and and body bags. Might also stop Sky calling me. I wish
