1st try rf one then retune
(rf2 might be out)
2nd take the aerial out of the aerial input on the sky box and retune upstairs tv
3rd join the 2 cables behind the box together and see if the pictures return upstairs
might be something wrong with the cable you have installed
have you got a tv link (magic eye) upstairs if you have turned the power on for the rf output is the light on.
Last of all the channel 68 you looked at try moving it down to say 36 it may be over lapping another channel

I talk to all the local aerial suppliers trade shops down here and they say they have never seen things this quiet either.
No body buying stock from them means there is no work.
Dreading the switchover here
also does not help with the offers that sky and virgin are doing to compete with each other.
