My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

The website is stating no problems with
Broneirion
transmitter
but we have poor
reception
on BBC1 and BBC2 and no other
channels
- all saying either
No Signal
or No Service.
Is there an unreported problem ?
