I live in Rowridge area - due to switchover in 2012.

Currently have sig strength btween 74 and 81% VARIES BETWEEN MUXES and 100% quality on all muxes - measured on Humax 9150 PVR.

Does this sound like I will need an attenuator when switchover happens?

Found new BBC mux on Ch 24 ok - strangely enough the signal strength on my Humax is exactly the same as before switchover - 81% and quality the same at 100%. Have they actually upped the power and if so - strange that no change to my signal strength - checked at 6.00am this morning.

Hi Fred

I had the same problem - do a manual tune on channel 32 (I think!?) and this may well pick up that particular mux for you.

Mike D - yes it all seems too neat doesnt it? I was anticpating having far too much signal after last night's changes as 81% strength with 20kw prior to last night seemed a lot to start with. The fact that this reading has not changed AT ALL leads me to wonder if the power increase has occurred? Mind you I havent check since about 6.02 am so could this have been increased since?

Reception report BN18 0EQ.

Sig strength 81% 100% quality on Humax for all muxes - Rowridge horiz polarised.

Also receiving muxes on channels 41 44 48 - 68-72% strength and 70-100% quality - are these Whitehawk/Findon?
