Hi I wonder if anyone can help. My dad has a TV not
a smart TV. He has lost all BBC Channels.
He re-tuned and now has lost the above channels.
Is it the case of the channels returning themselves
or should he try to re-tune. Many thanks

I have tried to manually retune but it only shows number 35
and it won't let tune to C48. I am sorry but very confused
what to do. Many thanks

Thank you for your help. What I can gather from my
dad he is still missing all BBC Channels. He says this
problem has been happening often. I will talk to him
about checking out our post code. He is talking about
getting an engineer out. I will try phoning the Restore
TV. At moment we are having engineering work
on going for maybe for a week. As I write this all other
channels are fine. I will keep you updated if I have
any news. Hopefully once the engineering is done
we can get back to full service. Once again thank you for
all your help, most appreciated. Had no idea about
Restore TV

Hi Chris SE, I think I have done it. I managed to manually
re-tune all BBC Channels one by one. My dad says
thank you and is so happy. I wouldn't have been able
to do any of that without your help. So thank you so
much. We still have an engineering sign in our area
but no auto re-tuning this time.

Hi Chris SE, I will pass on your information to my dad.
Even though we have BBC Channels back, contacting
Restore TV, would be beneficial, they sound like a very good
like a good company. Thanks again for your time and help.

Hi Chris SE
Just quick update. I now have BBC 1 and 2 correctly
now, however the signal is not great. The weather
has suddenly turned nasty. All other BBC channels are
fine. I won't do a re tune and see how it goes.
Many thanks for all your time and help. I have
learnt so much.
