My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+Monday 15 September 2014 8:36PM

Since the Freeview channel updates, I no longer have any listings of programmes in the EPG. I have retuned several times to try & rectify this but only get a 'No events available' message on the programme guide. I can view all the channels. Can anyone help?
