My dad told me this morning that he lost all his channels last night, receiving only a 'No Signal' display.
He checked all the connections last night and again this morning to make sure nothing has come loose but in the same situation.
I checked for him and there appear to be no problems with the Crystal Palacetransmitter, the problem appears to be with Freeview.
He's 92-years-old, lives on his own with no-one locally who can help with re-tuning [eyesight is too poor to do this himself] - help would be appreciated.
