Glenridding (Cumbria, England) Freeview Light transmitter

I live in
Glenridding
and have lost BBC1 sd and BBC2 sd
channels
. I can only get Channel 44 and Channel 47
freeview
channels and they have about 20%
signal
strength but 100% signal
quality
. I cannot see any channels that contain BBC 1 & BBC2
