Whether they have or not is not a matter for this website. I suggest you contact the relevant broadcaster directly. This particular website is aimed at assisting with technical reception queries and related matters. As such, it is entirely independent of all broadcasters.

Not sure why, but today's email arrived headed as coming from "LO Control [locontrol@lorol.co.uk]" and so got shunted into my Junk Mail box! Any reason for this you are aware of?

I don't know that particular box but I suggest you switch it off and then unplug from the main supply, wait at least 5 minutes and then plug into the main again. Then wait a further 5 minutes to let it re-initialise and then try again.
