Since being asked to retune sometime last week, we've lost (I think) two complete muxes. E4 and Dave have gone, we're getting no signal messages. We've had problem free reception for 3 years. What confuses me is that the same thing has happened in my place of work, and also friends saying they've lost the same channels. CF5 postcode / Wenvoe TX

Thanks for your suggestion Briantist, and please accept my apologies for forgetting to mention that I've carried out numerous first time installs, with cable removed in between.

I'm getting perfect reception on PSB1, PSB2 & COM6. Just getting constant no signal on all channels on COM4 and COM5.

The missing channels appear on the correct channel numbers, and strangely, I think the EPG works, but just nothing except no signal.

I can't see why it would be a power issue, as COM6 works perfectly, and according to the chart above, it's on the same power.

I've also tried a different freeview receiver to rule out any TV firmware issues, (it's only 3 years old though).

A visual check of the aerial (digital one installed three years ago) couldn't find anything.

No new electrical items (e.g. games consoles, PCs) have been added.

@Jo James,

I'm also experiencing difficulties since Wenvoe changed last week. My problems are posted here - digital switchover date | ukfree.tv - independent free digital TV advice you manage to find a solution?

Glad I'm not the only one experiencing a loss in channels since the upgrade in power. New aerial and TV three years ago, perfect reception on all available freeview channels. Since the 27th, I've lost all channels on the COM4/SDN and COM5/ArqA multiplexes.

Have followed the first time installation guide and single frequency interference guides to the letter, but to no avail.
