My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Hi,
I seem to have lost two muxes since last weekend (the one with all the
freeview hd
channels
and the one with 5* and
5USA
).
I am in GU10 and have tried full rescans etc to no avail.
Any other suggestions would be welcome!
