Hello, it is Sunday 21st April at 19.37pm and I have had no signal in Overstrand, Norfolk for half an hour now. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Many thanks.

I have been having problems with BBC 1 and 2 since last Saturday 9th January 2016 and today, Tuesday, I have not been able to watch them at all. Anyone else got problems? Thank you.
