ClaireB: I think it's totally a BT issue! We have now been sent an older box after being told frat as we don't have their infinity broadband (not available to us!( it won't work. We now have the channels available in the vision + box but after 3hrs on hold with BT we are now waiting for a viewing card. I think BT may have mis sold their package! Thanks for your help...

So, we live in Kingsclere, 3 or 4 miles from Hannington aerial. We have a youview box from BT. How do I change BBC and ITV news in HD so that we are getting local news and not the Kent news we are currently getting.? Thank you.

We bought a BT broadband package with TV to get the new sport1 and sport2 channels. BT say we are subscribed but they dont appear on our guide. We have Hannington transmitter and this shows these channels. We have retuned a number of times. Help!
