If there dose need to be a charge for the BBC (and personally I think they should compete for viewers and funding like everyone else) then it should be per house not per person and the cost should be the same for everyone.

You keep saying there's 4G, not everywhere, there is supposed to be 4G in Leicester but good look getting it, some places still struggle for 3G and home broadband is utter pants in some places.

Sound better, 1 charge per household, all paying the same unless there are extenuating circumstances, But not everyone has email so will still need a paper system.

Is it just me or are some stations, ITV and Dave especially doing something to there frame rate? Its like they suddenly slow down then catch up all in a split second, I get the same it I watch Sky or freeview and always on the same channels.

Biggest question, Do we trust any of them to do an impartial review? Or will the lobbyist's will hidden agenda's and business interests sway things?

I wouldn't trust ofcom to organise 2 tin cans and some string, run the BBC! good god it would just end up a political tool for the government. Someone would be making money out of the back handers though.

Anyone over 75 with an income of more than £10,000 has to pay for the licence. How much would that save?

Wont this mean even less income considering the amount of people on low income? People on a higher income will be moaning and quite rightly so for having to pay more for the same service.
