I use a feeview light transmitter from HeathfieldSedlescombe had the same problems as the rest break up and loss of picture went to the relaymast and took down the phone number of Arqiva.com 01926416236 and explained the problem to the person on the phone and they said it would be passed on.
It appears to be working fine at the moment we only get 26 tv 11 radio stations
