Hi, I use a Sky box to watch tv in my bedroom, (just freeviewchannels as I don't subscribe to Sky multi room). I live in the London area but all of a sudden my ITV region as changed to ITV Central West, which covers Birmingham etc. Any idea how to change it back? Thanks.
